I had a session with Mr Bank recently. Since the beginning I have had a bad experience. At reception, I met a lady who is not courteous at all. She was so arrogant.

The girl walks out 5 minutes into the massage and tells me she will be 2 minutes. 12 minutes later I ask for my money back as I was just paying for laying on a bed listening to music. When I asked where the girl went I was told 'I am busy'. You don’t just leave a customer laying on the bed. Absolutely useless.

Visiting Family in Dubai and got Thai Health Club & Spa recommended. Super friendly staff and very polite. And the massage was really great. Very thorough and professional.
