The Body Shop reviews
The body shop is next to the Marks & Spencers in Dubai festival city mall. Their products are are having amazing effect on the skin. I tested their Vitamin C serum and had very good results. Body lotion and other products are all I tested. All have good results.
Staff over there (Body shop, DFC) is no match for the product quality they are selling. Only tries to up sell. Absolutely no customer service. Sales ladies with full of attitude. Billed goods are handed over like in a grocery store. Don't even have the courtesy to greet customers after selling.
Amazing brand with great products. However, the staff in the Festival city mall branch is exceedingly unprofessional and low-class. Today( Sep 20th, 2020) I walked in the shop around 17:40. The girl didn't say a word to me. She seemed pretty upset that she had to leave her chair to assist me. I was the only customer by the way. She handed me my bag in a really rude way. Completely unexpected behavior. I'm not going there again.
