I recently went for a follow up appointment for my kidney condition at The Kidney Health Care Clinic under the care of Dr Alvin Ng. I am delighted to share my personal experience, which I can confidently say was exceptional in every aspect.

Disappointed with this clinic. Paying premium price for a private doctor yet had to face being dismissed, annoyed with/obnoxious tone when asking questions. Obviously asking questions because we are concerned about our loved one's condition and we are not SMART enough to know everything hence we ask right?
