I had my leather 3+2 seater repaired. The staff were very polite, surveyer gave a clear unhidden cost quotation. Work was excellent. They pick up and deliver at home for a price. On the expensive side, but no regrets as my sofa looks brand new and comfortable to seat ???????? …
A very bad experience. They do not answer the phone, and if they respond, they ask to send pictures on WhatsApp. If we send pictures, they do not respond again, and they do not give the price offer, as they think that they are doing the work for free for us.
They did an unbelievable good job in revamping my leather sofa set. There prices are extremely high but you have to weigh up the options to buy a new set or refurbish your loved set
