It was such a great experience to dine here. I specially liked the service. All the servers were super polite and active. The ambiance was great and the dinner buffet had a perfect variety of dishes.

We have recently stayed at the Andaz hotel Dubai The Palm. We stayed for 10 nights and as soon as we arrived we were greeted by the reception staff. Ramadan was very friendly and polite and asked us to see him if any concerns. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there.

Even though my friend Laura and I have traveled all over the world, spent several weeks in the USA or Thailand, we have to give a special mention to our stay at Andaz Dubai The Palm. The service, especially the cleaning and restaurant staff, was top-notch. We had a great time.
