One of my favorite parlour in Sharjah. Overall the place is not too busy and feels very New York. Zainab was my specialist recently for a full hair makeover with color, highlights, a scalp treatment and haircut. She recommended all the treatments that suited my hair type and took her time to make sure I was comfortable with the process. The end result was amazing, my hair feels healthy and looks beautiful. I highly recommend Zainab and The Loft Fifth Avenue City Centre Al Zahia.
The loft Al Zahia is one of the warmest branches I’ve visited. The receptionist was amazing and helpful when I was facing a huge issue with my hair. I was very skeptical but I have had a brilliant experience with Zahra. She could see how damaged my hair was and knew exactly how to fix it. She gave me a consultation beforehand and explained everything she was going to do. The whole process was very relaxing and I could feel that my hair was in good hands. I am very happy with the result, my hair is now soft and shiny. I will definitely be coming back to Zahra for future appointments.
I love the ambience of the salon and how sweet the employees are. Zeinab was absolutely charming! I showed her inspo pics for my haircut and she gave me the look I wanted exactly! I always struggle finding hairdressers that understand what I want, but Zeinab nailed it. I also had an amazing head massage during the hair wash. Overall, a great experience and I will be requesting Zeinab for my next appointment.
