We had already decided via their web site and came to Ibn Battuta branch to buy a matress. Once we entered the store we went through the matress we want to buy, but there was a huge air scent diffuser next to the bed and was heavily scented that we could still smell it in the car after shopping. We didnt take time to test the matress nor to decide, in few minutes my eyes started tearing and itchy, my 8 years old has strong asthme immediately felt very uncomfortable and started coughing. We felt very betrayed by the Marketing team as they promote a healthy mattres that you would love to snuggle into, yet you barley make it out of the store without severe allergy problems. I hope some majority of people also share the same experience and leave their comments and tell about their visit to us before shopping.

I had a great experience at The Mattress Store. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs. The prices were also very reasonable. I highly recommend this store.
