Not only have they all been of excellent quality, most recently the customer service from Abdulrahman and his colleagues is amazing. He helped me complete my purchase and made sure I was satisfied with my choice. The delivery was prompt and the mattress is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this store.

The staff at The Mattress Store Umm Sequim Rd were very helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect bed. The delivery was on time and the bed is of great quality. Stay away!! Use SAPSA instead, way better! Supposedly I bought a mattress and paid with a credit card, and the delivery was never made. When I called to inquire about it, they said they have no record of my purchase. The customer service was terrible and I had to go through a lot of hassle to get my money back. Do not trust this store!
