Before I come to the reason for the low rating, I have to say that the salon is nice and clean and the technician who did my hands has done a fantastic job. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the pedicure. The color application was uneven and there were some smudges. The overall experience was not great.
Great nail salon. They always do my nails how I like them. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of this new receptionist they have - she's quite rude and not very helpful.
Was pleasantly surprised to have finally found a good nail salon and close by me at that. The service was in top form, from the two lovely ladies who did my nails and patiently waited for me, to the front desk. I was very satisfied with their customer service. The ambiance and decor of the salon were also impressive.
