I was really unhappy with my visit yesterday. I usually come to TNS to relax and receive wonderful treatment and service. But yesterday was stressful with Thalia as she wasn't open to listening on how I wanted my nail art, and not friendly
If you’re late by a few mins, the mercato management actually make you wait for another 20, take in another client and ensure they punish the client in their own way. Been coming here for a while now but will re-consider before booking an appointment again (which seems futile given anyone gets accommodated)!
Booked a pedicure at the TNS branch in Mercato mall - it was very welcoming and structured. I showed up on time for my appointment and they were ready for me with no hesitation or hiccup. Mavi was so good and sweet.
