I bought a backpack from here 2 months ago and a shoulder strap seem is falling apart after very little use. It's obviously a manufacturing defect, but when I took it back into the store today the staff member was not at all interested in helping me. Very disappointed with the customer service.
Great service! The staff was helpful and friendly. They even gave me recommendations for hiking trails in the area. Will definitely be back again.
Good selection of products, but they didn't have larger sizes available for hiking shoes for men. Could improve on their stock variety.
