Just be aware and read the contract carefully before signing. As it was not highlighted to us while signing by the sales agent, at the time of vacating the cabin we booked, they charged us 500 AED fee for each desk in the cabin

The Place is an amazing office space to recommend to anyone who plans to have their own office. The facilities, office and especially the employees who work (Special mention to Julieann, Yuliia, and Jonel) are flexible and reliable in attending to any needs even its a short notice.
