I want to pay with cash so that I have change to tip the drivers. Your no cash pay system is taking money away from the balet drivers.
Been in UAE for 7yrs now, my experience with one of your employee really touched my heart. I was at the Mall of the Emirates on 29th Oct 22, stranded after 2hrs of looking for a taxi and the RTA taxi entrance security were directing people away from the taxis. I approached one of the valet attendants and explained my situation, he gave me a big smile and told me not to worry. He escorted me outside the mall and managed to find a taxi for me. I was so grateful for his kindness and willingness to help. Thank you to the valet attendant who went above and beyond his duties.
MOE Branch - Rude senior supervisor. Trying to park my car to give to valet, the supervisor kept telling me to leave because they were closing the parking section. I explained that I just wanted to hand over my car to the valet but he wouldn't listen. He even raised his voice and became aggressive. It was a terrible experience and very unprofessional behavior from a senior supervisor. I hope the management takes action and trains their staff better in customer service skills.
