We are thoroughly disappointed with the quality of stitching and fit of the shirt that we bought in Threads outlet for our son. There were loose threads hanging all over the shirt and the finishing of stitching is pathetic. The fit is also not satisfactory. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

It's great to order the kids' school uniform now before summer so it's nice and calm in the store. Fernalyn was super nice and helpful.

The shop is clean and organized. The staff are polite and professional, we would like to thank specially Arit for the whole-hearted assistance. She is patient and suggestive which makes our visit easier. :)
