They provided a brand-new car to me and I was surprised. Quick service (3am in the morning). It's easy to find the counter from the airport and also the car return location was easy to find. Just one drawback that I must mention. Guy who served me was not very friendly, he seemed to be in a rush and didn't give me proper instructions about operating the car.
Thrifty car rental was so amazing they treat you cute and kind. They explained everything about car rental protocols. Finally, Ismaeel is very friendly and will guide you from the beginning till the end.
Company is very professional. They provide clean (I am a bit OCD) and new cars with very competitive prices. I took a Suzuki Ciaz for 5 days from AUH airport and returned to DXB airport. Everything was smooth from check-out to check-in of the car.
