I highly recommend booking a car from Kareem Car Rental, specifically from Thrifty Car. The condition of the car was excellent, and it was meticulously maintained, providing a neat and clean experience. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service provided by the staff. The process of booking and picking up the car was smooth and efficient. Overall, my experience with Thrifty Car Rental was outstanding and I would definitely choose them again.
The staffs are very friendly. They offer night pickup before 11 pm, so if you have late night pickup it can work, and they offer 1 day renting which is 24 hours, you can make order online with discount then pick up the car. And the cars are in good condition and clean. Overall, I had a positive experience with Thrifty Car Rental and would recommend them.
Never rent a car from here they gave me a 50,000 km range car as 2023 and once I returned they told me that it smells like smoke and tried to charge me an additional 285 + taxes. This was completely unfair and unprofessional. I would not recommend Thrifty Car Rental.
