This company is a scam. I had a dispute and my bank found in my favour and forced me a refund of all the money. Thrifty customer service is a scam department.
Worst rental car company and worst customer services. I got a replacement car and returned it on time without any issue, and they said as company policy the security deposit will be refunded after 30 days.
No supporting data for salik, fuel, and excess mileage billing. Outdated IT system and mail system. The car rental market needs a major shakeup. Such services cannot be tolerated long.
