Great way to explore Downtown. TIER gives you 30 minutes free ride, which is awesome. But later charge you 20 AED in advance each time before ride. There is 3 AED unlock fee and 1 AED per minute rental fee, which is pretty much standard in Dubai.
The customer service was terrible. They were rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
