Thanks to the Tiffany & Co team at Marina Mall and to the skilled craftspeople at the Dubai workshop, for bring life back to my wife's Classic Engagement ring. Severely damaged due to removal for surgery, but now as good as new. Brilliant !
Wonderful. I have been in this store two times in different months during my stay in Abu Dhabi at Grand Hyatt, close two Abu Dhabi Marina Mall and I was received from two wonderful salespeople. The first time, a man who was very attentive to me and explained all the details of the items I was interested in. The second time, a woman who also provided excellent customer service and helped me find the perfect gift for my sister. The store itself is beautiful and well-organized, with a wide selection of jewelry to choose from. Overall, a great experience.
Poor customer attention. I had reserved a bracelet for my order and came to pick it up from Marina Mall. There is only one salesperson who chose to ignore me to attend to a gentleman because she felt he would definitely be buying. While I understand the importance of attending to potential customers, it is not acceptable to completely ignore other customers who have made reservations. This incident left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to Tiffany & Co.
