I been living here for the past 3 years and it's alright but the ac technician never comes that's the only problem other than that everything is alright
Very bad maintenance, Technician never come on time for AC, Water leakage or maintenance for almera or walls. Head office people never address the complaints or feedback. Very bad experience I had.
Very old building, was closed for many years. From 2018 owner is renting flats and shops on high rent. Technically building is in worst condition for examples leakage in bathroom, kitchen, poor quality of air condition, kitchen and bedroom
