Decent conditions for the price! Tabassum is very nice guy who tries his best to provide good service. Refund was the day of moving out. During the stay we faced some issues with water heater, they were fixed the same day we asked for it. Another cool thing - 24hours access to the gym. Highly recommend!
Beware of the Real estate agencies managing this building..They will not give back the security deposit..I stayed for 45 days and they have taken 3000 as security deposit..when I asked back the money after checking out..the guy told I will not pay....
Dont be fooled by the photos published here. This is an old building with almost no amenities, no pool, people are living in the shower/changing rooms in R floor, alarm system goes off for no apparent reason, cleanliness of the rooms is bad
