The salon is big and clean but the services was disappointing, I came with my mom, at first they messed up our appointments which made us late. We booked for Turkish bath and massage. I been doing Turkish bath from 10 years their Turkish bath was not good some how did not enjoyed. I tried the Dr Hauschka facial it was OK but I been asked to change the timing for massage also although I called in advance . The lady who served us did not seem to know what am I talking about most of the time she left to check if she can serve at that time which took forever. They do not give disposable slipper or disposable undies which is matter for me but it might not be to others. The prices are not worth it at all the aromatherapy massage is not nice I easily found better options . Also the Turkish bath was also terrible and Allah y3ainy . I would go again for DR facial only but I would not recommend this place for any service else. FYI my mom also had massage and she had same review.. No point to go again
As you enter the salon you feel a bit like a royal. But it ends up there. Lack of Barsha branch after the full set of rows on the salon. Dirty towel. No dried soap. No gloves and feet outside the bath because there is no separation Baths are located in the entrance area as well, which allows open spaces for talking customers and to drink a coffee far from all the nois, is missing.
They do a great job with sugaring. However, I have to say that I am unhappy with the way they do my eyebrows (it might be that the technician is shape-obsessed. Seems more time is dedicated to perfect shape rather than maintenance).
I have been going to the barsha branch and the first thing I noticed was the smell of sewerage the first I went there Did'nt like the massager but kept going back to a South African lady called pretty ... She does a great massage And I love the bubbles in the bath
Clean place .. all the tools are clean .. the ladies are professional and kind
i have done arabica full legs for last three sittings for hair removal and now i am very happy with the result..my legs are shinning like just waxed...i will be happy to recomment to my friends

Twice when friends recommended me for the blow-dry service and facial treatment at Barsha and I had memorable and satisfactory experience. I joined membership and visit almost once a week for different services. My beautician is usually Emily, Jackie or Ms Hepi, all are very nice flexible and welcoming. Manager and front desk staff is also exceptionally helping. Overall I am very happy and feeling lucky that I got best salon for my self care.
I come here because its close to home. The staff are not experts they are not trained well and very little self confidence because they dont know what on earth they are doing and this results in average grooming or waxing at best. …
