The establishment in Furjan branch exhibits low standards when it comes to respecting people's time and communication. Based on my experience, I do not recommend going there. Despite having my nails done with gel polish and paid a lot, they were chipped after just one day. The staff also seemed disinterested in providing good customer service.
I regret the membership, it’s not worth it. Although, the service is good but agents multiple times do double booking for 2 clients at the same time and it happened twice that I had to go wait and leave without getting my service done due to double booking!! I believe the place can’t accommodate many clients.
I just had my manicure done by Janice, my pedicure done by Corlie, and my hair done by Abeer. From start to finish, the service I received was amazing. I have been to a few salons in Dubai while being here on holiday, and I will definitely be coming back to Tips and Toes. The staff were friendly and professional, and the salon was clean and well-maintained.
