Arrogant, Expensive, and Fraud people. Don't buy from them. They will say it is covered with a warranty and later they say go to hell! Pathetic.

Customer service was not helpful at all. They were rude and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested in assisting with my concerns.
The quality of the products was subpar. I purchased a tool that broke after a few uses. When I contacted the company for a warranty claim, they gave me the runaround and refused to honor it.
