I had an issue with my previous purchased mattress in warranty period ... i called Suriya the manager responsible in Towell Mattress and he was very friendly and immediately he sent his team to take the mattress to rectify it and brought back a new one in 3 days ... very professional and definitely recommended for mattresses.

Very Bad customer services. I bought a Towell mattress from Sharjah city center. The Matress has 10 years warranty after 2 years it started sagging. My bad luck I lost the invoice. I told them I will pay for the repair but no response. This has been going for 4 months now. Very bad attitude..
