I had an issue with my previous purchased mattress in warranty period ... i called Suriya the manager responsible in Towell Mattress and he was very friendly and immediately he sent his team to take the mattress to rectify it and brought back a new one in 3 days ... very professional and definitely recommended for mattresses.
