The service was slow and the staff was unhelpful. I brought my car in to check a problem with the front glass rubber. They told me I needed to leave the car for the whole day and it would take 2 working days to fix. This is unacceptable.

I had a terrible experience at the Sharjah branch of Toyota Service Center in April 2022. Despite choosing this branch because I was staying in Sharjah, it turned out to be the worst decision. The staff were unhelpful and I had a bad experience with one of them. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
