If any one wants to visit for fine transfer to customer dl license they heve to take these documents with him. 1. Download the attched form and fill.
Their Call Center needs more training and awareness of all details; cause every time I call to understand and clear something out they explain to me something and when I head to the police station (Traffic Department) direct they reply with.
