Ordered Brita filter for our coffee machine, at the beginning the customer support was great until they got the payment. A year after now, for months I have been trying to reach them to replace the cartilage and service the filter and they are not picking up the phone or responding to emails.
Oven ordered more than a year ago with paid deposits as per invoice. Till date no news on our oven, no one respond back to our inquiry.
At the request of TSSC I will modify and explain my comments. The order was secured deceitfully versus competitors by promising lead-times
The customer support was great in the beginning, but after receiving the payment, they stopped responding to my calls and emails. I have been trying to reach them for months to replace the filter cartridge and service the filter, but they are completely unresponsive.
