I bought a carry on from Tumi. The wheels broke down and as they offer a life time warranty on their products, i went to the MOE branch and they took the bag back to get it fixed. I spoke to Shadi & Maamoon who both seem clueless. They tell me come back tomorrow let's see what's to be done!
