The Chocolate Overload cookie is deadly sweet. The staff lied and said it's the least sweet out of all the cookies. The Dark chocolate looks dark but tastes full of sugar. The whole cookie is so soft and crumbly it just crumbled into a soft mess. I couldn't even hold it and had to use a spoon to scoop out the cookie bits.
I bought 4 slice cakes. The taste is not good and also 1 of the slice cakes had fungus. Terrible experience.
The worst customers service I ever had. I can't find the location so I sent a message to their so-called WhatsApp enquiry contact. Yes, they replied but never gave me the answer I'm asking for. I asked 4 times what is their Bedok Mall branch location. Never replied.
