I had worst experience today. I went to send the money to India to my sister's account. The lady who assisted me was an Arab lady, her name was something like Khurain or something. I do not understand why she cannot talk to customers in a proper manner.
Thank you to the branch head of UAE Exchange. My friend who is in the Philippines for vacation now had an issue with collecting his money from the agent. My friend asked me to visit the branch if they can resolve the issue.
Allahh Allah very very bad and unprofessional every day every visit I am disappointed. My salary has been stuck since 2019 but I have not received it yet. They do not respond or talk to me. I am very sorry and upset for this behavior. Even the head office does not reply.
