I would not give them good rating for their sales response to the customers , some of them do not have curtesy to return a missed call / reply to an e mail. Appears they are too busy or no passion to care about their customers. Haven't experienced any claims yet.

Very bad service last 10 days I am applying for my newborn baby insurance but nothing happened as the employee don’t know all documents what they need each days they will ask deferent documents and now they are not answering even call today is 4-July-2023
