Yesterday I faced the very very very bad experience from this exchange employee. Mistakes happen from them careless. But they simply blame and shouted over the phone. At the same time they asked me to come again to exchange immediately at there. Highly doubt their honesty. Extremely rude and very poor customer service. My suggestion is stay away from them.
