Very bad customer service . I don't recommend UPS. Delivery was scheduled for today and I called to customer service also as I need document urgently. They confirmed that I will receive document before 8 PM. around 7:45 PM I check online and didn't find my tracking in the system
The worst delivery company ever ever ever. I ordered 3 days before Eid and now it has been 2 weeks and I don't know anything about my delivery status. In addition, no one is answering me. I wait for 20 mins and still no one responds. I don't know how Jacquemus is dealing with such a bad company as UPS.
The lady at the desk who assisted me was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She ensured to check all the details entered are correct. My package sent internationally reached in 2 days.
