One of the worst & pathetic Customer service providers in UAE. They don't know how to handle customer complaints. My passport is dispatched via UPS and it is stuck at Dubai customs & UPS is not helping /doing anything to get it cleared and delivered. Rather than asking Customers to contact Customs authorities directly.
