I'm really disappointed with the past 2 weeks experience. I had a shipment sent to Western Region in AD sent from Dubai. It's been a week for the shipment and not delivered yet.

Worst service, shopping at apple store. Same address, FedEx already received the goods. Only UPS. The address is incomplete, they are not professional at all.
