Got my Pardus Spark Rim Brakes 105 last Aug 29 to be exact. The staff who called me regarding my order was so nice and same as the delivery driver who delivered my 1st road bike. The bike is in very good condition. I checked every edge of the bike and they are perfectly tight and assembled. Breaks are not faded. Bike fit technique they applied is also accurate. I went for a 30km ride after a month of deciding the bike with my preferred specifications. I checked every part of the bike and yes, it’s still fully assembled. I remember I placed the order las Aug 20. When I received the message that they will deliver it only last Aug 27 due to their items in the warehouse, I got concerned that I might not like it and end up returning it and looking for other brands and better shops maybe. But when they delivered, my goodness they exceeded my expectation. They also include free helmet, lock and head lamp in the package. It’s really a bigtime deal. They used cash on delivery though they tooked for a deposit of the total amount of the bike. Despite I paid through cod. The transaction is smooth. Cash handling is also legit as well as the delivery procedure.
