I have paid for the maid service on 14.12.2022 but no one showed up and no response on emails. Its best to go with other cleaning services. Will never try urban clap again. Will proceed with complaining further !

The staff always looks tired when they come, and refuse to work by making excuses and force the client to cancel the service by making excuses. Very very poor service
