Great store but need more collection of shoes.
Indian guy at the Vans store - dubai mall. PRATEEK. Super arrogant. Chewing gum in the store and answering questions like as if he’s doing us a favor. My husband and me went to buy a pair of sunglasses, and if it wasn’t for the lovely staff members that stepped in to assist us and provide excellent customer service, we would have walked out of the store without making a purchase. Prateek had no mannerism and lacked the basic etiquette that comes with customer service.
Worst customer service. Item bought 4 days ago and in original form with tags and receipt and paid in full price, but they still refused to return it although the receipt says I can! I am told I have to go all the way back to Abu Dhabi for the refund. Unbelievable!
