Very poor service. They told me that the processing time was 15 days and now it has been more than 3 weeks and yet no update. I can’t get in touch neither with vfs or the embassy and I had to change all my plans because of that. I really hate each time I had to deal with visa and vfs.
No way to get in touch with vfs, phone mentioned is switched off. Very poor service. Despite having an appointment, cos one office manages so many countries, had to spend 4 hours to apply for visa. Its been more than 3 weeks and no update.
Very disappointed with this. I prepared everything and followed call center instructions but what a failure once I arrived the premium lounge they told me Belgium not accepting your passport to get a visa as I called several times their call center to make sure that it is!!
