No transparency in fees! After paying I discovered they charged me 212 for the lounge and 18 for photocopying (2 per copy). I advised the staff to explain to customers the cost before directly offering their service!
Probably would have given 0 Star if there was option. Sitting here for last 1 hr, only 2 tokens processed, still 14 more to go. If Slow had a definition, here it is .. Be ready to spend 3-4 extra hours minimum .. Appointment system is not working at all unfortunately …
