I do not recommend buying a plan with this company. Even if you have good reasons to ask for a refund they will not give it to you, because it is their policy. It doesn't matter if they were wrong, if the agent who sold you the plan was not transparent or anything else. You are stuck with whatever they sold you, and they won't stand behind their products. Very disappointing!
After 3 years with them now, I'm changing to Du/Etisalat as Virgin mobile don't support Samsung LTE watches.. only Apple.. and have said they don't have plans to support any other LTE watches other than Apple.. See you later
