Went to virgin mercato with my wife A metalic heavy part felt from a box Felt on her foot bruised made her collapse. Went out on the floor to take fresh air . The manager was amazing came running and tried to comfort her . They were very helpful and cooperative . From first aid to splitting the bill from heis only and help her to get in the car. It was a very scary situation they immediately took responsibility .i appreciate all the help . Special thanks to Karim the manager and Yanny the sales agent at Virgin Mercato . They were amazing . I came to convert my Android phones sim to an e sim, the lady asked me to de activate my sim and then said i need my Emirates ID to proceed. Very bad customer service as she didnt care that i would stay without a valid working number, while she took 15-20 mins to tell me about the emarites Id when i travelled 20kms to visit the store
very bad experience. I formed the cashier I had an issue before in eppco app when someone registered me at the counter I had an issue with spelling and I never got an OTB code. She was having a very strict character and i felt not humbly treated at all. She said there is no problem on my side tell them when I called eppco and they started to say she must have pressed 2 times, she must have done this and better to come myself. I said why should I come from stress to stress just send me the 4 digits again. Imagine my car in a queue about to enter the petrol station and now I have to leave my place and car to get the 4 digit from the eppco station a nonsense
