This Virgin Megastore is smaller than say the one at Mall of the Emirates and consequently only carries a smaller selection of products.
Great place to go for all your gadgets, gifts and accessories. Will pop in every time I visit the mall just to see if there is something else that I didn't know I needed... And now must have... Staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
very bad customer service, my line is disconnected for 5 days and not connecting to any network, and still no one is solving this issue, they don't have a hotline or someone to talk to! what you can do is text them on Instagram and they reply when they can with the same templates.
