After 3 years with them now, I'm changing to Du/Etisalat as Virgin mobile don't support Samsung LTE watches.. only Apple.. and have said they don't have plans to support any other LTE watches other than Apple.. See you later.

Sold plan with false promises, and to find resolution they say to use app, no call center, no service at all.
