Excellent customer service and professional staffs specially Mr.Noman and Doctor Johny. I checked almost all the optical shops in mall of emirates and this is the only shop that provided excellent service and entertained our inquiries very well.
It took me more than 2 months to finally get my contact lenses (pre paid for 6 months). They did not apologize (delivery was expected to be 1 week), nor delivered it. I will not recommend, not return.
Excellente expérience with Hana and then optometrist Dr Johnny. I am picky and I was tired, but their hospitality and sense of service just made my day. Despite high traffic customer, they delivered to me quick, sharp and in a friendly manner. Thank you !
