This was our first trip on Royal Caribbean. We really enjoyed experiencing a new cruise line and had a good time. The people on this ship were friendly and the facilities and amenities were satisfactory. The ship looked a bit dated but it didn't affect our overall experience. The customer service and staff were helpful and attentive. We had a great time at the Chops Grill, the food was amazing. I would recommend this cruise to others.
We decided to give Royal Caribbean a chance after cruising for 30 years. The ship looks dated and has few cabins. So far, I am not impressed. The value for money seems to be lacking and the overall experience has been disappointing. The customer service and staff could be improved. It's only our first day, so I hope things get better.
We had a Grand Suite on this older boat. The Chops Grill was our favorite meal, the food was amazing. Our concierge, Jamie, was fantastic. Overall, despite the ship being older, we had a great experience.
