Like other viva supermarket branches, they offer good budget friendly products; however, I had a hard time finding the entrance of this particular branch. There are signs directing the customers to enter on the right hand side of the building, but when I reached that side, I couldn't find the entrance. I had to ask a staff member who pointed me in the right direction. Other than that, the experience was good.
The worst service here from all Viva branches. I have spent 433 AED and brought my own big bags, and when I asked to have one from the cashier, the girl said they don’t have these huge bags. The supervisor came up and said he would check, but he never returned. I had to carry all my groceries without a proper bag. Terrible customer service.
Small but you can find many things. Friends working there are very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Strongly suggest.
