I had an unsatisfactory experience during my six laser sessions at VLCC SZR. The establishment appears to be overcrowded, and both the staff and clientele were unhelpful. From the very beginning, I explicitly requested that my laser sessions be done by a specific technician, but this request was ignored. The technician I ended up with was inexperienced and did not perform the laser treatment properly. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and would not recommend VLCC SZR for laser treatments.
I am going for slimming sessions and it’s good and I am getting good results. The staff is good and friendly. Nandani Madam ensures what you get should be the best and make me comfortable by patiently listening to my concerns and addressing them. I am happy with the service and would recommend VLCC SZR for slimming treatments.
If you are doing laser, I would highly recommend to consider Hashmi as your technician as she is the best. She is very professional and does an amazing job. She always answers my questions and makes sure I’m not in so much pain. VLCC SZR provides excellent laser treatment services.
