Luckily there are no snakes if you stay in the cleared paths, saw some interesting lizards and an owl, good place for trail running, lots of spots to get a nice view
Went in June and it was just too hot and not much shade until the mid-afternoon, so I don't recommend doing a hike unless you're well-prepared, would come back in the cooler months though as it is beautiful!
The stairs are quite steep so be careful, but the view from the top is worth it, really enjoyed the hike and the fresh air
We had a great family day out here, kids loved the playground and we all enjoyed the hike, there are picnic areas so we brought a picnic and had lunch next to the dam, highly recommend
Great place for camping, lots of space and it's quiet at night, nice to be away from the city and stare at the stars
Decent place for hiking and running, the trails are well-marked and it's easy to navigate, there's a few different options for paths so it's not too crowded
This place is great for a workout, the stairs are challenging and you get a good sweat going, the view from the top is amazing, worth the effort
Toilets and showers are available here, which is convenient, the park is clean and well-maintained, plenty of places to sit and relax as well
Beautiful surroundings and trails, great for nature lovers, I enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the place, highly recommend
